How long should my presentation be?
- Presentations must be a pre-recorded video or we can discuss a Live option, as well.
- Video length –30-45 minutes

ALL courses due July 19th

What else is expected?
- We ask you to please register for our newsletter and Facebook Group (when links are provided)
- Please interact with the participants on the Facebook group throughout the conference
Are there additional opportunities?
Yes, we’d love to have you assist in other ways. Here are the other opportunities:
- Host a networking group during the conference
- Participate in our industry professionals panel is you’re an editor, agent, or publisher
- Provide a book for our conference giveaway (you will send the book directly to the winner)
- Share about the conference with others
How will videos be sent?
Rondi will send you directions on how to upload videos to our YouTube page but you can host (and keep private) on your YouTube page if you prefer

Please leave videos up for at least 6 months after the conference
May I use the video of a presentation I provided elsewhere?
Absolutely, as long as you have the rights
May I use my presentation elsewhere?
We ask that you give us four months from the conference to offer these teachings. After the first of the year, you’re welcome to use elsewhere.
Do you want handouts?
Handouts are optional but our attendees love handouts. Please provide all handouts in a PDF. Be sure to include your name and email on the handout.
Are these Exclusive Rights?
We ask that if this presentation was prepared for us that you please allow us to use it exclusively for 3 months after the conference. However, we also accept pre-recorded presentations that you have presented before.
How about Live Presentations?
In the past we’ve only provided pre-recorded. However, we would like to try 2-3 Live presentations this year. If this is of interest to you, let’s talk.
Will Live Sessions be recorded?
Yes, not everyone is able to attend live sessions.
